House: Chase And Cameron Scoop!

Anybody who has tuned into House for longer than 5-minutes will know that series boss David Shore hasn't got the sunniest of worldviews. Blondie medics Chase and Cameron seem to have escaped their share of doom and gloom so far this season, however. But just how long can the couple's happy streak last?

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Not that long, if the latest US episode is anything to go by - they split in the aftermath of Kutner's suicide. According to EW's Michael Ausseillo, however, the pair will soon be not only reunited, but engaged!

A wedding? What's next - House's gammy leg is miraculously healed?

We wouldn't worry too much if we were you House heads, something tells us that there'll be a spanner in the works soon enough. Don't forget that earlier his year Jesse Spencer (who plays Chase) threatened to quit the show should the couple tie the knot:

"If there is [a very special Chase-Cam wedding episode], I'm out. I'll walk. I'm freaking done" he told EW. "I think they are wary about getting into too much relationship stuff. It's a procedural show at its core. That's why people like it. That's why I like to watch it."

Whether Spencer would follow through on his hyperbolic rant is another question. But we still reckon David Shore is of the "build 'em up just to knock 'em down" school of TV twists rather than the happy ending one. What do you reckon, will Cameron really exchange her doctor's coat for a white outfit of a different kind before the season's out?

Heroes Finale Juicy Goss

So for those of you avid Heroes fans who have to be the first to know every detail asap, here goes...

...Oh, and it's straight from the horse's mouth. Well Ando Masahashi, aka actor James Kyson Lee at Entertainment Weekly...

1)All ten original members from season three will be back for the finale.

"It was fun," the actor says, "I rarely get to see some of the other guys and sometimes I go months without seeing someone like Zachary Quinto or Milo Ventimiglia, so it was really nice to be together for a few hours and catch up and goof around a bit."

2)The star continues..."We will have a little surprise in store for you...Basically, Ando and Hiro's goal is to take down whoever is behind Building 26 and take down the bad guys, and both of us are going to try to combine our powers and see if we can make it happen."

3)"...Also in the last episode, we're going to give you a little glimpse into Volume 5...I think tentatively we're calling it Redemption."

That's three juicy bits of goss we counted! Make sure you don't miss the finale which will air on May 27 in the US.

Two Huge Servings Of House Scoop!

Just when we thought we were immune to TV twists, along comes a House shocker to sweep us off our feet.

The "cataclysmic event" that Hugh Laurie has been hinting at all season, has finally broken Stateside. Last night's US House episode, "A Simple Explanation", saw the departure of a central character. In a way nobody could have seen coming...

WARNING: HERE BE MAJOR SPOILERS!!!

So, here's the downlow. Dr. Lawrence Kutner is officially off the team. Permanently: he blew his brains out with a pistol! Leaving no note and no obvious explanation.

So what happened, did actor Kal Penn piss off the House writers? Not according to Penn and exec producers David Shore and Katie Jacobs. The trio gave the inside scoop to Michael Ausseillo over at EW. Turns out Penn is moving to a new House - the White House!

"I was incredibly honored a couple of months ago to get the opportunity to go work in the White House," Penn revealed.

"I got to know the President and some of the staff during the campaign and had expressed interest in working there, so I'm going to be the associate director in the White House office of public liaison. They do outreach with the American public and with different organizations.... It's similar to what I was doing on the campaign."

The actor had apparently been contemplating the career change for a while:

"I love what I do as an actor. I couldn't love it more. But probably from the time I was a kid, I really enjoyed that balance between the arts and public service... So the past couple of years I thought about it a little more. And in '06 I started this international studies program at Stanford, where they actually let you do most of the course work online... And I thought this might be the right time to go off and do something else."

"The ultimate irony, of course, is that I love being on House," he continued. "There's not a smarter group of people that I've been surrounded by in television... I still have a passion for [drama]. But for the time being, I won't be acting."

But why did the showrunners decide on such a definitive exit?

"The suicide was essential to [the story]", explained Shore.

"The lack of reason behind it - the lack of answers - was what I responded to and is what I got excited about. House, the man of answers, doesn't have an answer about this guy who he has worked with for two years."

And he didn't see it coming," rejoined Jacobs. "It gets under his skin. He is the man who can't rest until the puzzle is solved. So the idea that he worked in such close proximity to Kutner and didn't see it coming [was an interesting story to us]."

Shore concluded: "It makes him question the most important aspect of himself, which is the ability to find answers. It's the one thing about himself that he feels good about."

So what how will the rest of the team cope with Kutner's suicide?

"There's a fallout in every part of the hospital because of this. This will affect everybody," said Jacobs.

She added: "The way House reacts ultimately brings House and Cuddy closer."

As if that weren't enough House scoop for one day, Ausseillo also served up the following doozy: Chase and Cameron are set to break up! Apparently there'll be a "twist", however.

Does The Wrong Desperate Housewife Die?

So, it's been in the air for a while that Edie Britt, Nicollette Sheridan's character was going to be killed, or electrocuted off Desperate Housewives pretty soon! And yes, our fave street slut is still leaving us behind. But, can you guess what other news comes with it?

Well, it's probably going to come as bad news to some, but if you thought Dana Delaney (Katherine Mayfair) was dying off too, you were wrong! And that's all thanks to Edie! Miss Britt finds out Dave's dirty secret and calls him to let her horrible hubby know she knows "everything," E! Online reports. However, her phonecall interrupts him in some unfinished business...right in the middle of him attempting to kill Katherine. Bet you didn't see that one coming! So yes, Edie's going and Katherine's staying as Dave's fire misses Katherine and she makes a run for it straight into the rest of the season!

So do you think boring brunette for blonde bitch is a good trade off? Or would you have liked to see them both leave?

Which Hollyoaks Break-up is Permanent?

The drama continues in Chester as one couple go their seperate ways...

Reports at MSN Entertainement tell us that Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) and Jacqui McQueen (Claire Cooper) have split up for good.

Pickard, who plays a chef at 'Il Gnosh' on the show, revealed this sad news after returning to the soap after a three-month break, during which he took time out to appear in pantomime. The star says: "I think we go over old ground, but I think it's just to say 'I've had time to think and we're just not right for each other.' I think the chapter has come to an end now really, it's been on-and-off for so long now so we need to keep it fresh."

But, if you were worried that the McQueen scandals would be over, fret not! It seems that there is possibility of romance between Tony Hutchinson and the eldest McQueen sister in the future. Although, the star added: "I have no idea what's going on in that respect, as I've only been back for a month and I've not done a lot of work yet."

We can't wait to see the family cat-fights return. Did they ever leave?! Are you as excited as we are?

New Character Causes Chaos in Corrie

The Coronation Street folk are in for a suprise when a new resident arrives...

It's the end for Reverend Sedgley in April, as Reverend Peach (Nick Caldecott) takes over as village vicar. According to MSN Entertainment, the locals are less than impressed when the vicar brings his "modern" ideas with him. As well as preferring to be called Reverend Rick, the Vicar's new ideas include blessing pets, such as chickens and ponies, on Easter Sunday. Blanche Hunt, actress Maggie Jones says: "Just look at me new Scholls. It's more like Rolf Harris's Animal Hospital in here...You'll do anything to get people through them doors with your daft new-fangled ideas. Call yourself a vicar... you're a disgrace!"

This is only the beginning of what soap bosses have got in store for us! An insider says: "We've decided to go back to basics and to the days when the local vicar was very much a part of daily life. But viewers may find there's a darker side to Rev Rick."

"These characters will die and they will stay dead," an insider told EW. "This is the real deal."

Apparently one charchter is an old Smallville hand, while another is a more recent addition to the show.

Bones' Booth Set For "Major Health Crisis"

Sorry Booth fans, but your favoutite TV hunk is set for a bad time later on this season of Bones...

"He will be going through a major health crisis," executive producer Stephen Nathan revealed to EW, "which will cause him to hallucinate."

It's not all bad news for the detective, however. He's finally going to get some nooky with partner Brennan:

"The last episode [of the season] Booth and Brennan are in bed together," Nathan confirmed. "And we can't have them in bed naked without having sex."

So will it be the start of a beautiful love affair, or is it merely a sympathy shag on Brennan's part for her ailing partner?

"That's all going to be resolved within that episode," Nathan continued, "because we also have to resolve the fact that Brennan wants to have a child."

Desperate Housewives To Share A Snog!

So, it seems that Desperate Housewives isn't all about the drama of men in the women's lives. This time we're set to see a bit of girl-on-girl action! Two of Fairview's fair female residents will be swapping saliva this season, but which?

And the brunettes have it! Yep, the luscious lips of none other than Susan (Teri Hatcher) and Gabrielle (Eva Longoria) will lock in a forthcoming episode.

The actresses admitted that filming this kiss was "fun" The Sun reports. The saucy storyline has been kept under wraps, but Longoria has let slip that Gabi comes onto Susan:

"I did not kiss her. She kissed me. We had fun," she revealed, adding that "I'm a great kisser. Teri was not supposed to kiss back, so she was kind of just there. I had to do all the work."

We can't wait to see this new twist to the show, which picked up again on Channel 4 last week. Along with Nicollette Sheridan's departure we're set to see some big storylines. Are you as excited as we are?

Former Lost To Get Nip/Tuck

Neil Hopkins is set to join the Nip/Tuck family next season. Quite literally...

A little bird over at Entertainment Weekly tells us that the Sean McNamara is set for a visit from his long lost brother towards the ends of Nip/Tuck's forthcoming 6th season. And who better to play the role than Hopkins, who has already one turn as a bad bro under his belt - as Charlie's heroin-addict sibling, Liam in Lost.

Although FX has yet to confirm the casting, EW's inside source says the character has been hiding out on a nature reserve recovering from his meth addiction. "Sean thought his brother had died," said the source. "So he's definitely supprised to see him."

Nip/Tuck's ongoing fifth season, which finishes Stateside on March 3, will air over here on FX over Summer. It's sixth run won't kick off in the US before in 2010, so we've got a while to wait before meeting Sean's prodigal brother. What do you think of the plot twist?

Ding Dong, Which Desperate Housewife Is Dead?

Real estate prices in Fairview may be about to shoot up - according to E! Online, one of its least neighbourly residents is on her way out. Permanently! Want to know which of the Desperate Housewives is biting the dust? Read on at your (and her) peril...

MAJOR SPOILER ALERT!

The unfortunate housefrau allegedly headed to the great suburb in the sky is none other than maneater Edie Britt. Rumours that actress Nicollette Sheridan was set to be written out of the show have been circulating for over a year, but she returned this season and has played a pretty prominent part thus far.

According to inside sources, a script is currently circulating in which Edie meets a sticky end trying to escape from homicidal hubby Dave. Having discovered his dastardly plot to bump her off, Edie manages to flee the house, only to get fatally tangled up with a car and an electrical wire. The script is currently only at the table read stage, so details may yet change.

A rep for Sheridan confirmed to TV Guide that she's quitting the show at the end of the season:

"[Nicollette] had a great time on the show and is looking forward to her next project." ABC's spokesperson, however, merely confirmed by e-mail that the character of Edie would be leaving. Which, depending how conspiracy theory-minded you are, either indicates a a slip of the keyboard or a hint ar some machiavellian plotting on the part of show creator Marc Cherry. He did suddenly jump the show forward half a decade at the end of the last series, after all...

Edie has left Fairview once before, to go to Boston at the end of season 4, meaning that she was in fact absent from the 'hood during that five year gap between seasons 4 and 5.

Ooh, talk about Mysteria Lane! Do you think Desperate Housewives should get rid of one of it's campest characters, or would you prefer to see another homemaker (say, moany old Susan) go instead? And do you reckon Edie's departure will really be deadly?

Who's Checking Out Of Grey's Anatomy?

Having spent some sleepless nights worried about who was or wasn't leaving Grey's Anatomy, we now think we've finally got some proof! But this brings sad news, as it seems that not just one, but two characters are being discharged from the hospital drama...

SPOILER ALERT!

Zap2It tells us that Katherine Heigl, aka Dr Izzie Stevens, will be the first to check out. She's currently at the centre of a controversial plot involving illicit trysts with her dead former lover. Turns out, she's got some kind of mystery ailment and spent the most recent US episode running covert tests on herself. Could Izzie be about to shuffle off this mortal coil?

Considering that fans are as sick the shark-jumping storyline as Heigl said she was of getting "un-Emmy worthy" material last year, her departure is perhaps good news all round.

T.R. Knight, character George O'Malley is number two to leave. Having only appeared in one or two scenes per episode recently, he wants to "pursue other career paths" according to Grey's Anatomy actor James Pickens Jr. . But ABC boss Stephen McPherson said he expects Knight to be back next season.

We've already said goodbye to Dr. Erica Hahn (Brooke Smith) so before we get the hankies out again, let's wait until the end of series in May, where we can only hope for some definite answers to the two actors' futures on the show.

The Heroes Low Down

Having seen Hayden Panettiere hit hard with bullets on last night's Heroes, we don't know how much more we can take. But sad news is coming our way...

If you know the ins and outs of Heroes you'll know that both Panettiere and her on-screen role as Claire, are as invincible as each other. So, we can only assume that as long as the show is on our screens, the blonde bombshell will be too.

Good news brings bad news, however...

Following fair Elle (Kristen Bell's) exit, E! Online tells us that around episode 20 of this season, Tracy Strauss (Ali Larter) will be cut. Yes, for good.

Hardcore Heroes hounds won't be too surprised at the news - rumours have been circling the internet for weeks that a certain actress of the light-haired persuasion wanted out of her contract.

Will her superhuman powers bring her back to us in the future? We'll just have to wait and see. But for now, how do you feel about her departure? And which characters do you want to stick around?

Home and Away Heartbreak

Home and Away beauty Ruby Buckton (Rebecca Breeds), is going to have her heart well and truly crushed when badboy newcomer Xavier (David Jones Roberts) plays with her feelings, MSN Entertainment News reports. The two first hooked up when Xavier was on a visit to the Bay, but got booted back to his mum's after getting caught taking drugs.

It seems poor Ruby has yet to learn the "fool me once rule", however: she falls for the rebellious runt all over again when he returns for his cousin's wake.

Breeds told Yahoo7.tv: "(Ruby) pushes boundaries where I wouldn't and she has a lot of fun. She thinks she is so mature, but she's really young and innocent."

Let's hope Xavier doesn't get away with this. Who do you want to see come to her rescue?

Gossip Girl Cast New Pair

As those of you who have been tuning into series 2 of Gossip Girl on ITV2 will know, the dreamiest of Gossip Girl's fleet of dream boats has been wrecked on the rocks of his father's fraudulent dealings. Yep, Nate Archibald is officially a poor lttle poor boy.

According to TV Guide all that may be about to change, however, when Aaron Tveit and Holley Fain arrive on the Gossip Girl set...

Tveit and Fain will play Nate's wealthy cousin, Tripp Vanderbilt, and his fianc�e Maureen, in two episodes due to air shortly in the US. The posh pair will take him back from rags to riches. Well, we say rags, but strangely enough, the Archibald lad's still been able maintain an impeccable head of highlights. Are posh New York private schools offering barnet bursaries now?

More importantly, what will this plot develoment spell for his romance with mere commoner Vanessa? We've heard whispers that Nate and Blair are set to pucker up before the season's out... Who do you think he should up with?

Supernatural Sibling Scoop!

Sit down Supernatural fans, because the latest scoop on the cult CW show may just knock you off your feet...

According to TV Guide , Sam and Dean Winchester are about to meet the younger brother they never knew they had. Maybe.

The youthful-looking Threshold star, Jake Abel, has just signed on to play 18-year-old Adam Milligan, whom the demon battling bros meet in an episode due to air Stateside on April 23.

Adam, it seems, is the fruit of a little liason enjoyed by papa Winchester, John, during one of his demon hunts. His fatherly duties were restricted the occasional visits, however, and he never informed Sam and Dean of Adam's existence, nor vice versa.

Wow. Now we understand why the episode title will be "Jump the Shark". Is our favourite demon hunting duo about to become a trio? Or could Adam be some kind of imposter? What do you think Supernatural spods?

Hollyoaks star Ricky Whittle who plays Calvin Valentine in the soap, has revealed to MSN Entertainment News that Calvin's sister's drug dealer, Nige, whom he thought he had killed, is in fact still alive. To make matters worse, Warren (Jamie Lomas) has known all along and has been paying Nige to stay away from the village so that he could thrive in the PC's fear and panic.

We can't wait to watch our worried Valentine. Who's side are you on?

In our EastEnders news, straight from Walford Web, Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) is celebrating his 40th Birthday! We also hear that Lucas is due for a suprise visit at the soup kitchen and things are not sailing along smoothly in the Trueman household. And, has the time finally come when we meet the missing member of the Masood family?

Let's wish Ian a happy happy birthday!

Down in Oz, things get a little tense on Ramsay Street. Next week, as Neighbours' charcters Dan and Libby prepare for their engagement party, Steph, actress Carla Bonner, makes an awful mistake of trying on her best friend's ring, and yes, you guessed it...it gets stuck!

Things only seem to go from bad to worse...

We've read on MSN Entertainment News that it's severely stuck, so Steph wears it to the party. But, even when she finally manages to take it off, a series of disastrous events follow. Has she put a curse on the weds-to-be? The invitations are printed with "Bibby" rather than "Libby" and the dressmaker is forced to drop out.

Steph turns to her mum Lyn for help, but this involves a very silly event. Are good neighbours still going to be good friends?

Eastenders, Emmerdale and Home and Away goss...

From the east end to the Yorkshire dales, and across the world to Summer Bay, we bring you the most exciting new soap stories...

EastEnders babe Bianca Jackson, actress Patsy Palmer is set to reveal that Ricky is the father of her six year old daughter Tiffany. According to MSN Entertainment News, whilst Tiffany blows out the candles on her birthday cake she says that she wishes Ricky (Sid Owen) could be her dad and she "really loves Ricky." Palmer reveals: "Yeah, he could. Six years, nine months..."

Wow, I bet you weren't expecting that one!

As for news up North, Emmerdale's Mark Wylde comes face to face with his past when a puzzling acquaintance arrives in the village; Faye, actress Kim Thomson. Digital Spy tells us that Wylde (Maxwell Caulfield) is going to have to do everything in his power to prevent wife Natasha (Amanda Donohoe) from finding out. And he sure will have to do everything he can to safeguard his relationship with her and their kids.

Is the past going to come back to haunt him?

Over in Summer Bay, Home and Away's tear-away teenager Melody Jones is set to end up in all sorts of trouble when she admits to barring the doors to the building at the school formal. We hear at MSN Entertainment News that she manages to escape charges from the police, but another bomb drops when her principal Martin Bartlett (Bob Baines) expels her.

It looks like the next month's going to be filled with truths, scandal and teen rebellion. What more could we ask for from our fave soaps?

Greek Cuts a Cast Member

Hungry for some Greek goss? A little birdie at EW told us that we'll be saying "so long" to a major member of the Alpha Omega sorority before season 2 is out...

SPOILER ALERT!

Yep, the bitch is getting burnt! Frannie Morgan, played by actress Tiffany Dupont won't make it to the show's third series. The news will come as a shock Greek geeks, as she plays a major role. Although a rep for the show has refused to comment, rumour has it that the decision to cut her was both creative and budgetary.

But no fear Frannie fans, the catty college gal won't be going quietly into that good TV night! She's set for plenty of air time in the latter half of series 2, which will hit US screens at the end of March.

As for the anti-Frannie camp, sorry, it's unlikely she'll meet a grisly end, as the Greek producers are keen to bring her back for guest appearances.

So which side do you fall onto - do you reckon Dupont is Frannie-tastic, or will you be pleased to see the back of the former Zeta Beta Zeta bitch?

House To Resurrect Amber?

We know that House is a damn good doctor, but is he really capable of bringing back the dead?

Either way, Wilson's dearly departed girlfriend, Amber, may be headed back to the hit medical show. According to Entertainment Weekly, producers are sounding out Anne Dudek about the possibility of reprising her role as the bromance-disrupting dame:

"I can confirm that we loved Anne, and I can confirm that we loved the character of Amber," responds executive producer Katie Jacobs. "But I cannot confirm that [she] is coming back."

The House creator, David Shore, promises, however, that he's no intention of imitating Grey's Anatomy's much maligned Denny-Izzy plot:

"It would never be a dead ghost sex love triangle thing like on [Grey's]," he said. "That is a situation where we cannot just do whatever and expect the fans to accept it. I think that would make a large [number] of people switch off their TVs. I think if we tried that, heads would roll.

"But," he continued, "if we could figure out a way to bring her back that is not a ghost sex plot, we'd be thrilled to do it and have her back."
